Read and meditate upon Psalm 34:1-4. This passage lists six things that                              precede deliverance from fear:

                             Bless the Lord at all times ~ ALWAYS give Him thanks.

                             Praise Him continually ~ Give Him honor and glory.

                             Boast of Him ~ Brag about Him.

                             Magnify the Lord ~ Increase your knowledge of Him.

                             Exalt His name ~ Glorify Him.

                             Seek Him ~ Search for Him in every situation.

                            The result?
                             "I sought the Lord and He answered me, and delivered me from all of my fears."
